2023 Excavation Safety Awareness Program
In-Person and Online Meetings
The 2023 Excavation Safety Awareness Program will include thirteen in-person meetings and three virtual meetings in hosted via the Zoom webinar platform.

Click on a date and time to register for that event. Once submitted you will receive an email with your Zoom link.
Each meeting has a unique Zoom link to join the webinar. *NOTE: The Virtual (Zoom) meetings are NOT assigned to a specific location. You may select any of the (6) Zoom meetings based on your preferred date/time.
The webinars are scheduled to run for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, which includes the time for Q&A and prize giveaways.
Unless you have a strong wireless broadband connection, Iowa One Call recommends using a physical internet connection via Ethernet connectivity, as this will allow for higher quality viewing of the Zoom presentations.

MEETING AVAILABILITY: Each individual meeting is limited to 270 attendees. If the session that you wish to select has been closed, you may select from the other available dates.
All individual participants much register. Group sessions must include individuals’ names and email addresses.
PREREGISTER TO ENTER PRIZE DRAWINGS: Register at least one week prior to the meeting date to become eligible for prize drawings.
How to Join Your ESAP Zoom Meeting
- Simply click on the Zoom link sent to your email address to join the Zoom webinar (You must have the Zoom application installed on your computer).

Attendees will be able to participate in the Q&A session by submitting questions at the end of each presentation. Zoom provides attendees options to type in their questions, which will then be answered by the meeting moderator.
Following each presentation, a prize drawing will be held for attendees.
For Zoom meetings, the winner will be asked to click the “Raise Hand” function in Zoom, allowing the moderator to confirm the winner was present.
