ESAP Goes Virtual
The 2021 Iowa One Call Excavation Safety Awareness Program Meetings will be conducted online via the Zoom webinar platform.

Click on a date and time to register for that event. Once submitted you will receive an email with your Zoom link.
Each meeting has a unique Zoom link to join the webinar.
The webinars are scheduled to run for approximately 1 hour, which includes the time for Q&A and prize giveaways.
Unless you have a strong wireless broadband connection, Iowa One Call recommends using a physical internet connection via Ethernet connectivity, as this will allow for higher quality viewing of the Zoom presentations.
MEETING AVAILABILITY: Each individual meeting is limited to 270 attendees. If the session that you wish to select has been closed, you may select from the other available dates.
All individual participants much register. Group sessions must include individuals’ names and email addresses.
PREREGISTER TO ENTER PRIZE DRAWINGS: Register at least one week prior to the meeting date to become eligible for prize drawings.
How to Join Your ESAP Zoom Meeting

Frequently Asked Questions
I know which meeting I would like to attend. Now how do I register?
Click on the link for the meeting you’d like to attend. This will take you to the Eventbrite page for that meeting, where you will submit your registration. A link to join your meeting will be emailed to you; make sure to save the email as you will need it to join the meeting.
How far in advance do I need to register?
There is no advance registration requirement, however we advise registering as early as possible. Those who register a week or more before their selected meeting date will be entered into a prize drawing.
What if the session I’ve selected is full?
Each session is capped at 270 attendees. If the session you’ve selected is full, please try a different date.
How do I join my meeting?
At your meeting start time, simply click the Zoom link that was emailed to you after you registered with Eventbrite. Zoom will open and you’ll be taken directly to the virtual meeting. If you are new to Zoom and need to download and install it before the meeting, we recommend starting the process a few minutes before your session’s start time.
How will the Q&A work with the meetings being virtual?
Attendees will be able to participate in the Q&A session by submitting their questions via Zoom at the end of each presentation. Questions and answers from each session will be posted on the Q&A page after meetings have ended.

Following each presentation, a prize drawing will be held for attendees.
The winner will be asked to click the “Raise Hand” function in Zoom, allowing the moderator to confirm the winner was present.
